Bringing best-in-class practice to ministry
I have been involved in the local church for all of my life. So, when career demands required significant travel for extended periods of time, I found myself less engaged in 'church activities'. This was a battle for me, as I began to feel I was failing in my Christian service.
However, over time, I came to realize that God was shifting my attention to the marketplace, where I learned, practiced, and led pioneering leadership efforts. Before long, I abandoned the idea of service as being restricted to the church's four walls. Instead, I discovered limitless opportunities for me to serve in the marketplace. Now, my clientele consists of corporate and helping professionals, including pastors.
Beyond operating as a marketplace leader, I am grateful to have founded Ministry2Catapult, LLC, a subsidiary of my boutique HR consulting firm, Created2Catapult, LLC. Through this ministry entity, I am able to fully express my greatest passion - collaborating with Christian pastors, pastoral leadership teams, and marketplace leaders - enabling ministry gifts for Kingdom impact. It is in this space I model and multiply ministry excellence.
